About: Melody holds several master’s degrees from the University of Arizona and Texas Tech University in Piano Performance, Piano Pedagogy and Vocal/Instrumental Accompanying/Coaching as well as a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Piano Performance from the University of Oklahoma. She has taught private piano and voice students all across the country and at the collegiate level at Southwestern College, Lubbock Christian University, Wayland Baptist University, Texas Tech University, and the University of Arizona. Melody has extensive experience in performing, directing and composing and is currently composing vocal selections for the musical Frankenstein. Melody’s love of music and professional teaching experience with students of all ages makes her the perfect addition to ZFDM!
